I could have given up & let cancer win..

End of 2021 I was diagnosed with stage 4 melanoma cancer. It was found in a secondary spot meaning it had spread.

It was extremely scary times, I wasn't looking after myself and was taking my health for granted every single day!

My mental health was lacking just as bad as my physical health and my body reacted in a big way!

After the shock wore off I attacked it and took massive action overhauling my entire diet and started drinking litres on litres of Kangen Water everyday!

I had a few surgeries, started treatment, cleaned up my mindset and told myself I'll be cancer free for the rest of my life.

I've kept it away for over 18 months now, I have more routine scans to go but I know I'll never be where I was in the photo ever again.

Look after yourself both mentally and physically, get second opinions & never back down 💪🏼
