Everyone loves burger night…
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Turkey burgers are a great way to bring in a mood food for when life is frantic and a good hit of tryptophan for calming is needed. The Farm-acy has it all at our fingertips.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Burgers: (I am a naked chef so all measurements are rough guides)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
500gm Turkey mince
500gms chicken mince
Grated green apple
2 eggs
4 sage leaves finely diced
2 sprigs thyme finely diced
1 red onion finely diced
2 cloves garlic
Friendly pinch salt
3 tablespoons arrowroot or 2 pieces of GF Bread for bread crumbs.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Mix all your ingredients together and then split half off to put into the freezer for a fast food night.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Portion the rest into Pattie’s and and serve with salad and buns.
