You shared what matters most – and we listened. From reliable utilities and green spaces, to great transport access, your feedback in the 2025 Liveability Survey is helping shape the future of Canopy.

Here are just a few of the things we’ve been working on thanks to you:
✅ Additional parking bays coming with Stage 4 along Rawlins Street
✅ New walking and pram-friendly connections opening soon
✅ Street trees and shaded open spaces growing strongly

And we’re not stopping there. Together, we’re creating an even better place to call home 💚

At Stockland, we proudly celebrate 50 years of NAIDOC Week by continuing to listen, learn, and act. From walking on Country with Traditional Owners to embedding cultural knowledge into our places, we are committed to building a legacy of respect and unity.​

As a proud RAP organisation, we stand with First Nations communities—celebrating culture, fostering opportunity, and designing a future where all Australians thrive together.​
