Reeve Psychology is looking for a Registered Psychologist who enjoys working with children, adolescents, and families to join our team in Cockburn Central.

This role is grounded in a family-focused, relational approach to therapy - supporting caregivers, building connection with young people, and understanding the function of behaviour within the context of their environment.

What we’re offering:
✨ Contractor position: 60/40 split, with superannuation paid by the practice
✨ Flexible fee structure: $200-$260 per session, based on experience and years registered
✨ Existing referral pathways via GPs/Medicare, NDIS, and private clients
✨ 1-2 days, 5-6 clients per day (flexible hours to support your life balance)
✨ Preferred availability: Mondays, Wednesdays, and/or Fridays (can be flexible for the right fit)
✨ Warm, supportive team environment, with admin support
✨ Collaborative decision-making around the referrals and caseload you want to build
✨ Opportunities for growth: earnings, days, caseload, and potential transition to salary

We’re open to both early career and experienced Psychologists. What matters most is that you’re warm, curious, neuro-affirming, and aligned with a trauma-informed approach to supporting children and families.
