Waalitj Hub
13/07/2026
The Waalitj Hub will be in Mandjoogoordap on Tuesday 28th July to provide support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people wanting to grow their business!
After the success of our Bunbury Business Builder, we are once again connecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Businesses with organisations that have real opportunities, focusing on meaningful, one‑on‑one conversations rather than group presentations.
This new format brings together organisations with current or upcoming projects and businesses with relevant capability for pre‑booked meetings. Our aim is to facilitate stronger connections, clearer conversations, and more effective outcomes for our businesses.
Businesses are given dedicated access to potential clients, an opportunity that can otherwise be difficult to secure. These conversations can explore opportunities, clarify requirements and review tender processes.
Meetings are available with Alcoa Australia, Western Power, City of Mandurah, ACCIONA and Genus between 9am to 1pm. Current business clients can contact their coach or email [email protected] to register for a meeting!
If you are an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander business owner and would like to sign up with the Waalitj Hub, you can also contact us at [email protected] 💼
Proudly supported by the Alcoa Foundation.

Proud Noongar man and business owner, Gino Matera, is celebrating a major milestone in the growth of his company, Keipa Water, a 100% Aboriginal-owned business delivering bottled water and hydration products across Western Australia. Keipa Water have recently moved from a 250m² warehouse to a 1,000m² facility in Wangara, marking a significant step forward for the business. The new facility has allowed Keipa water to consolidate operations, improve efficiency, and plan for future product expansion. “It is much better here. It’s four times more space and offices. We didn’t even have an office before, I used to be in an old cool room.”
