Here we are again… the weekly no-show conversation 🫠

What still baffles me is people confirming their appointment, agreeing to the terms & conditions, signing the booking policy… then acting shocked when the no-show fee gets charged and suddenly turning into a snappy little turtle 🐢

Like Karen… imagine your boss told you to come sit at work for 2 hours unpaid, while still making you cover the rent, electricity, wages and overheads 😂

The math ain’t mathing babe.

Our time is valuable, our staff deserve to be paid, and those appointment spots could’ve gone to clients who actually wanted them.

Thank GOD for the “Block Client” button because if you can’t respect our time, policies or business… we simply don’t need your energy in the salon 🤍

This weekend hit different ✨

I was lucky enough to train and mentor some beautiful women in not only Brazilian Lymphatic Massage… but my signature SCULPT AND FLOW™️ method.

Watching other therapists learn to truly understand the body, the flow, the rhythm and the intention behind the results will forever light me up.

Sydney, you have been an absolute dream. The energy, the people, the experience… everything felt aligned.
