How do I take care of my mental health in this chaotic world that we live in 🙌.

1️⃣Surround yourself with positive people! To become the person you want to be and need to be!
2️⃣Celebrate your strengths, take initiative for your own weakness and embrace positivity
3️⃣Meditate daily or take time for yourself to relax and recharge. I listen to Sarah Raymond on YouTube and read as many mind empowering books as possible!
4️⃣Open communication is the key to a successful relationship in any form! You can never assume people know what your thinking.
5️⃣Eat healthy and drink plenty of water
6️⃣Exercise in any form! It’s so good for the soul! I train 5 days a week and run jacobs ladder to challenge the ticker 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️
7️⃣Finally my last one is sleep! One I have struggled with for a long time! I now wear blue filtered glasses at night, all lights are dimmed and phone away before bed. If your not sleeping well, your not healing or being productive the next day!
