I attended the Mirrabooka Refugee Week 2026 Freedom Cup— a powerful event that brought the community together through sports and the sharing of diverse cultures.
This year’s theme, “One Million Stories,” reminds us that every refugee journey is unique and deserves to be heard.
I'm always grateful to be a part of this unifying event! 💙

As a mum of 3, I know those extra costs during the school years can really put a dent on the household budget.
That’s why as part of this year’s Budget, we’re bringing back our successful WA Student Assistance Payment.
From the start of Term 3, WA families will be able to claim $150 for every kindy and primary school student, and $250 for every high school student. 💵 📚
It’s real cost of living relief - helping put money back into the pockets of hard-working West Aussie families.
