That’s what Celebration Day for Girls is all about—gently preparing girls for the changes ahead, while giving mums the reassurance that their daughters are informed, empowered, and supported.

Thank you for trusting us with this important moment. It’s an honor to guide girls like Julia through this sacred transition—with curiosity, confidence, and calm.

These beautiful moments were shared by a mama whose daughter received her first period yesterday—just days after attending our Celebration Day for Girls.

To honour this rite of passage, they created a gentle ritual together:
✨ She chose a moon necklace to wear during her cycle, a quiet reminder of her strength and connection to nature
✨ She soaked in a warm, sacred bath, lovingly prepared by her mum—candles lit, softness all around

This is how we rewrite the story.
With tenderness instead of awkwardness.
With celebration instead of silence.
With care instead of shame.

What actually happens at a Celebration Day for Girls? 💛

A full-day experience designed to prepare girls for the journey into womanhood with confidence, curiosity, and care.
Through stories, craft, honest conversations, and gentle rituals, we explore:
🌀 Understanding puberty and periods
💛 Strengthening connection with self, mother/caregiver, and peers
🌸 Celebrating the shift into womanhood through creativity and ceremony  

The CDG Workshop offers the knowledge they need, the support they deserve, and a space where it all feels normal, empowering, and even beautiful.
