- Reside in Perth, Western Australia, as this role is FIFO from Perth Airport
- Previous experience in a physically demanding position, with the ability to lift up to 40kgs
- Hold a valid HR Drivers Licence (MUST HAVE)
- Willingness to work on either a 2:1 or 4:2 roster on various projects across WA
- Possess a current National Police Clearance obtained within the last 6 months
- First Aid Certificate – Desired
- Ability to pass a comprehensive re-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
- Not entry-level to labouring and physically demanding environments

▪️ Australian Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent trade certificate
▪️ 2+ years of commercial cooking experience
▪️ Experience working in remote or camp environments preferred
▪️ Ability to work on a FIFO roster (e.g., 2 weeks on, 1 week off)
▪️ Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and work conditions
▪️ Strong communication and teamwork skills
▪️ Knowledge of HACCP principles
▪️ Focus on quality, attention to detail, and presentation
▪️ Ability to work effectively under pressure

▪️ Valid WA Licence, HR Licence preferred
▪️ Previous experience across one or more of the above machines highly regarded
▪️ Ability to complete & pass National Police Clearance checks
▪️ Ability to pass pre-employment medicals inclusive of D&A screening
