We are delighted to welcome Susan Cull as Metisphere’s new Manager – Organisational Development.

With core values rooted in empathy, integrity, and accountability, Susan has spent two decades shaping positive workplace cultures and empowering high-performing teams within the resources sector.

Her impressive career includes leading initiatives like the Chamber of Minerals and Energy Women in Resources Awards, the WA Diversity and Inclusion Report, the Inspiring Girls Careers Forum, and the Digital Technologies Education Program, leaving a lasting legacy of fostering inclusive, innovative environments.

A strategic leader with an enviable network across the resources sector, Susan’s passion for coaching, mentoring, and inspiring others is at the heart of her leadership style.

Holding a Diploma of Leadership Coaching, a Bachelor’s degree in Education, and as a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Mental Health First Aider, Susan brings a wealth of expertise to Metisphere.

Based in our Australian office and working globally, Susan will play a pivotal role in enhancing organisational development and driving sustainable people strategies.

Hear from Fiona Robertson AM, one of Metisphere - Organisational Psychology’s leading industry mentors, on the inaugural Executive Women in Resources Leadership Mentoring Program. Fiona currently serves as a Non-Executive Director at 29Metals, Bellevue Gold and Whitehaven Coal.
