Nobody talks about the middle…

We’re shown the shiny before and after, told of transformation stories, and hear of the triumph. But what about the journey to get there?

The part where the excitement wears off and you’re left with hard work, self-doubt, and you start questioning yourself. Or when it’s not happening in the perfect step-by-step you imagined.

I started writing The Messy Middle blog series as I was going through my own, as a way to document the process, navigate my own emotions, and to help others feel seen, supported, and reminded that this is the part that matters.

If you’re in it right now, you’re not alone. And I hope this gives you the language and the road map to keep going. Because this could be the chapter you’re most proud of yet.
