Living out dreams and loving life is officially what it's all about - I've decided ✨🌈

I served my biggest crowd as a solo kirtanist this last weekend and taught my first ever Goddess Yoga session incorporating Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Mantra for a triple yogi power boost.

The feedback I got was sooo heart warming with people asking me for recordings of my mantras!
..Maybe this is the next step for me...? 🎵 That and holding regular Goddess Yoga Sessions locally 🧘‍♀️ (TBC!!)

The best part was the sunflower on the program growing out of my head 🌻 I found this to be an amusing nod from the universe that I'm on track 😉

Unforgettable weekend with lovely people wanting to co-create heart centred community at a time when it is very much needed.
