Whether you're firing up the BBQ or slow cooking for the family, here's one of our all time favourites using our lamb loin chops and a generous shake Lamb Rub!

🍋 Rosemary & Garlic Lamb Loin Chops
Ingredients:

🥩 4 Provenance lamb loin chops
🌿 4 sprigs fresh rosemary
🧄 4 cloves garlic, crushed
🍋 Juice of one lemon
🫒 3 tablespoons olive oil
🧂 Lamb Rub (to taste), Salt and cracked pepper

Method:
1️⃣ Combine olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and a generous coating of Larry the Larrikin Lamb Rub in a bowl. Coat your chops well and leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes (overnight is even better!)

2️⃣ Heat your grill or BBQ to high. Cook chops for 3 to 4 minutes each side for a beautiful medium finish.

3️⃣ Rest for 5 minutes, top with fresh rosemary and serve with roasted veggies, a fresh salad or crusty bread.

That is it. Simple, delicious, and absolutely packed with flavour 🤤
