Our final staff meeting celebrated the power of teamwork as we explored Habit 6: Synergise from Stephen Covey’s The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. The best part? We didn’t just talk about synergy—we lived it. Together, we proved that when everyone brings their strengths, we achieve far more than we ever could alone.
