You can change your flat feet - without orthotics 😲

Everyone is born with flat feet and that's because our foot muscles haven't developed adequately yet. The muscles are actually what create the arch which means if you develop and strengthen these muscles - you are capable of creating an arch in your feet.

If your hips are always feeling 'tight' and stretching just isn't giving you long-term relief - then try this instead...

Work the glutes on these 2 positions;
1- lock clam (thanks to Andrew Lock)
2- banded skydivers

They will work the glutes and hips into extension which can help to loosen the hip flexors by using the body's own neurology to our advantage 👏

Upper back pain and ache isn't solved by stretching alone...

We break down why upper back pain/ache is not a 'tightness' issue - its actually a over-lengthened issue.

As such, we have 3 factors that need to be addressed to help get rid of that annoying, nagging upper back pain that so many people complain about. And that is;

1️⃣Provide new stimulus
2️⃣Awareness of postures, postions and loads
3️⃣Increase tissue capacity.
