🚀 Nimy Resources (ASX: NIM) to join WA’s Critical Minerals Delegation to the U.S.! 🇦🇺🇺🇸

We’re excited to share that Nimy Resources will be part of Western Australia’s Government-led Critical Minerals and Energy Partnerships Trade Mission to the United States, strengthening global engagement and commercial opportunities for our Mons Gallium Block 3 resource.

As part of the delegation led by WA’s Mines & Petroleum Minister, Managing Director Luke Hampson will be meeting with investors, financiers and potential offtake partners across New York and Washington DC, further positioning Nimy to advance strategic partnerships and supply chain links in the critical minerals sector.

This is a key step in unlocking global interest in our high-grade gallium and rare earth elements resource and contributing to diversified, secure supply chains for critical technologies.

🚀 High-Grade Gallium Ore Shipped to the United States

Nimy Resources has shipped its first high-grade gallium ore from the Block 3 deposit in Western Australia to U.S. partner M2i Global.

The shipment will be analysed to identify the optimal processing pathway, supporting future use in U.S. defence and strategic industries and strengthening a non-Chinese gallium supply chain.

This milestone marks an important step in advancing Nimy’s gallium development and unlocking future processing and offtake opportunities.

🚀 Nimy Expands Exploration Footprint Across Gold, Copper & Gallium Targets

Nimy Resources (ASX: NIM) is pleased to announce that an extensive surface geochemical sampling program is now underway at the Mons Critical Minerals Project in WA — designed to extend mineralised zones for gold, copper, nickel, PGE and gallium.

With 2,800+ samples planned and airborne geophysical surveys set to commence later this month, these programs aim to identify extensions to known mineralisation and uncover new targets across the emerging Mons Greenstone Belt.

🔹 Gold: Sampling new structurally favourable corridors previously unexplored
🔹 Gallium: Extension work around the high-grade Block 3 discovery
🔹 Copper-Nickel-PGE: Expanding the Masson footprint and potential repeats
🔹 Copper-Zinc-Gold: Extending Sneaky Squirrel grids for additional VMS targets
🔹 Airborne magnetic surveys: Covering ~75km² across Masson, Sneaky Squirrel and Block 3

📊 These initiatives complement Nimy’s upcoming JORC 2012 gallium resource and reinforce momentum across multiple commodities critical to Australia’s electrified future.

🚨 Final Chance to Increase Your Investment in Nimy Resources (ASX: NIM)

Eligible shareholders have one last opportunity to participate in Nimy Resources’ Share Purchase Plan (SPP) — closing 5.00 pm (AWST) October 17, 2025.

This offer provides the chance to acquire additional shares at a significant discount, as Nimy advances its critical metals strategy across copper, nickel and gallium.

WHY ACT NOW ?

➡️ Global copper shortages following major mine disruptions in Indonesia, Congo, Chile and Peru are pushing futures toward record highs.

➡️ Looming supply deficit – the world needs 1 million tonnes of new copper each year, yet only half that has been added in recent years.

➡️ Gallium momentum – maiden JORC Resource imminent and MOU in place with US-based M2i Global, including potential US Government offtake.

➡️ Strong growth potential – gallium discovery remains open with upside across the Mons Critical Metals Project in WA’s emerging greenstone belt.

📈 With copper, nickel and gallium all central to the world’s transition to a modern, electrified and sustainable future, this is a pivotal time in Nimy’s growth story.
