Just a reminder, this Monday, 30th March, from 9.00am - 2.30pm, we are holding our free mental health workshop, Thrive, which will focus on providing tools to help manage anxiety. You can book using the following link: https://events.humanitix.com/thrive-z5lgmyjj. It will be held at the George Burnett Leisure Centre, cnr Manning Road and Elderfield Road, Karawara.

The CARE co-op is our social supermarket and is open each Tuesday during the school term from 11am to 2.30pm. It is designed for those needing to supplement their weekly food shop. With a gold coin donation, you can come down with your bag and fill it with the items of your choice, only 1 bag per household. With the support of Hands And Feet and Brot Bakery, we bring this initiative to help our community.
