🏠 Is the Perth property market cooling?
I attended a home open in Caversham today (31/05) during Perth's thunderstorms and there were still around 15 buyer groups through the property.
A 4x2, 500sqm | Mid - High 800s..
Yes, sentiment has shifted and we're seeing bit more reasonable pricing, hesitant buyers...
But from what I'm seeing on the ground, the fundamentals haven't changed much.
Properties that are priced right are still attracting strong interest and solid buyer turnout.
The market may be normalising, but demand is still solid..
