Scheme Amendments (re-zonings) often take a bumpy path!

Last month we completed the re-zoning of a rural paddock in Moora to accommodate a new McIntosh & Son agricultural machinery dealership. 🚜

Thanks to much appreciated open communication with the Shire of Moora, Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage and our clients, and flexibility in responding to public submissions, the process ran smoothly.

We look forward to the next stage being obtaining development approval so that McIntosh & Son can move from their current cramped space into premises on their new site.

😀 Great to be back at work after the Christmas/New Year break:-
SIMON spent some time down south relaxing, although almost got blown away with the winds 💨;
JASON spent Christmas with family in sunny QLD 🏖…thankfully avoiding Covid and managed to get home without having to quarantine for 14 days; and
NARELLE spent the time enjoying traditional family Christmas gatherings 🎄🍷

We are all back at work now and eager to get on with 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣1️⃣
