At Australian Indigenous Group & Australian Indigenous Enterprises, we believe in developing our people and our community — supporting long-term careers through structured traineeship pathways.

Our program provides practical skills and experience for those who may be new to FIFO work, including:
• Site operations
• Radio protocols
• Working with equipment in real-world environments
• Building confidence and capability

Working at their own pace, trainees are supported through their qualifications and beyond — stepping into the workforce when they are confident, capable, and ready.

Support is something the Australian Indigenous Group extends beyond its immediate team, reaching into the communities we work alongside.

Today, we are proud to share our support of the ESM Resources Colouring Competition, delivered in partnership with Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia and Landcros. Initiatives such as this create opportunities for young people to engage, create, and connect — and we look forward to seeing the creativity that emerges from children aged 3 to 12.

This year, members of the Australian Indigenous Group team are joined by Orelian Resources in attending the AEMEE Conference 2025 — Beyond Boundaries: Partnerships. Power. Prosperity.

Over the next two days, AIG will hear from industry leaders, Traditional Owners, and entrepreneurs — developing their knowledge of Country, strengthening relationships, and building long-standing networks that continue to expand Indigenous impact and influence across sectors.
