Tomorrow is World Atopic Eczema Day!
Those who know me know my struggles and suffering that came with Eczema from the age of 2 months old ,it progressively got worse as I got older to the point where I couldn’t even put water on my skin , not to mention the torment at school most of which I feel was through the people around me not knowing anything about my condition, maybe if they had they would have been a little kinder.

Education is the key to understanding.

Head over to https://www.eczemasupport.org.au/about-eczema/ to find out more about Eczema they have some great resources and information.

I’m passionate about helping parents of babies and children with eczema to find some relief from the physical and mental symptoms that come with it.

Please reach out if you would like to know more about how I can help .

It’s been a really sad and trying start to the year with the loss of 4 beautiful people in my life and my eldest daughter moving to the other side of the country.
It’s times like these that we reflect try and make sense of the things that are happening and most importantly take care of ourselves and each other.
Thank you all for your patience I have been working hard and making some changes behind the scenes and will be back to it after the Easter break.
I hope you all have a wonderful Easter with your loved ones , hold them tight and cherish your time together .
Stay safe and eat lots of chocolate

A little history for your friday afternoon.
Infant massage has been used in many countries for many years dating back to china in 2700BC .
In the 1970’s there was a woman by the name of Vimala McClure travelled to India to become a Yoga teacher while there she worked in an orphanage and noticed that the children there were so warm and friendly and so relaxed and were thriving even with poor nutrition , she also learned that it was customary for the babies in the orphanage to be massaged daily , this got her thinking and Vimala learnt the massage technique used and took that back with her to the USA where she started teaching in 1977 after the birth and successfully seeing the results of infant massage on her own child who suffered with colic.
Infant massage is not a new fad but a tried and tested skill that will give endless results and precious one on one time with your baby.
