You consistently met deadlines, stayed organised and always came prepared for your sessions, even while managing a busy family life and a house move. That level of effort and determination really stood out.
You asked questions when you needed support, took feedback on board, and always put in the work to improve and produce quality submissions. Even when things felt challenging, you kept going and pushed through with resilience. It’s been really rewarding to watch your growth. You started feeling nervous and unsure, especially with role plays and over time you’ve built confidence and developed into a capable, thoughtful and confident educator.
