Jasmine Adams - Property Management

Today and I had the pleasure of representing .au, at the International Women’s Day Fusion event at Crown Perth.

Hearing speak about her journey “from the dirt floor to the global stage” was a powerful reminder that leadership rarely begins in perfect circumstances. It begins with resilience, vision and the belief that your starting point does not define your future.

Her story made me reflect on my own beginnings.

I grew up in a small house my dad built out of rocks and cement with a thatched roof on a farm along the Moho River in Belize. It was humble, but it was home.

Standing in a ballroom today surrounded by women building businesses, leading teams and shaping industries was a full circle moment.

International Women’s Day is not just about celebrating success. It is about recognising the journey, the obstacles overcome and the responsibility we carry to open doors for others.

Grateful to be in rooms like this, learning from women who continue to rise and bring others with them.
