What an absolutely INCREDIBLE year 2022 has been!

I may have been a little quiet on the socials lately, but it has been all go working with biz owners and helping them with their biz numbers behind the scene 👏

I am so grateful to have helped over 20 AMAZING business owners this year with their bookkeeping 🥹

The superannuation rate has CHANGED 📈

The new super rate for the 2022-2023 financial year has increased from the previous 10% to the new 10.5%.

THERES MORE CHANGE 🤯
The previous $450 threshold has been lifted! Which means super is now payable for employees, even if they don't earn $450 per month.

So for those of you processing your first pay run of the financial year, please make sure your accounting software has updated with the new regulations ✔

A little extra info (because I LOVE empowering biz owners with knowledge!) The super rate is due to increase EVERY YEAR until it reaches 12% on the 1st July 2025 - this may be something to keep in mind for biz budgeting 💰
