🥋 Side Kick Saturday 🥋 This week's Side Kick Saturday features 6th Kup Noah, from our Ocean Reef Dojang making the most of his recent family holiday in the beautiful surroundings of Tasmania! 🌊⛰️

Even while enjoying a well-earned break, Noah couldn't resist practising one of the fundamental techniques of Tae Kwon Do – the Side Kick. With the stunning Tasmanian coastline as his backdrop, Noah demonstrates great balance, focus and determination, proving that training doesn't always stop when you're away from the dojang.

Well done, Noah! It's great to see students taking pride in their training and finding opportunities to practise wherever their adventures take them.
