Our PARK AVENUE project is coming to a end… it’s been a 5 year journey!

This has not just been a Property Development journey but a huge personal development journey, with so many learnings to take away. This was our first site we bought after moving to our gorgeous town. Pouring our heart into this creation, we have so much to be grateful for.

From early concepts of apartments, we pivoted away to create 9 beautiful townhouses.

Settlements have started and our beautiful clients have already started moving in. We can’t wait to see their smiles! It’s the perfect location, with proximity to the Ocean Grove Communitypark, shops and the Primary School. We absolutely love what we have created!
