The 5x5 is back and has kicked off today!

From 01 June - 05 July, you’re invited to complete 25 classes in five weeks. Whether you’re building, resetting, or stepping back into a rhythm, this is your chance to spend more time in studio and see what unfolds.

25 classes to write your story. Your challenge card is ready for you at reception.

We are opening our doors for a Community Moves Weekend, and everyone's invited!

This Saturday 30 and Sunday 31 come and feel the vibes, community, energy and feel good movement, with free classes running all weekend at our CorePlus Geelong, Torquay and Ocean Grove studios.
