The Woodbridge Build-to-Rent (BTR) development in Perth’s east has reached a major milestone with ground level works now underway. 🚧🏘️
The project will deliver 56 new apartments, increasing the supply of secure long-term rentals for Western Australians.
It will include 44 affordable rentals and 12 social homes, supporting key workers and providing more people with a safe, stable place to live.
Located close to the METRONET New Midland Station, the development offers convenient access to public transport, essential services, employment opportunities, retail and community amenities.
The development is on track for completion in 2027, delivering new homes to the community as soon as possible.
