After traveling far North in Western Australia 🇦🇺 for two weeks during the school holidays, I’m ready to kick start our first round of the Naturopathic “10 DAY DETOX- A gentle cleanse to reset your health and restore your vitality!” We started this Monday & currently on day 3 🤗⁣

I have created this amazing program with other like minded holistic wellness professionals, and we have now officially launched the first intake of “Wellness In 12 Weeks” . We start it off with a 10 day guided Naturopathic detox, to reset and get you back on track.⁣

I have created a comprehensive detox ebook, detox recipe ebook, menu plan & detox self love menu to support you during this process. We also provide daily inspiration and support via our private group and live wellness calls. 🍋⁣

For the remainder of the program we dive deep into core principles that encompass wellness. Each week a different topic is addressed such as why, goals & vision, weight loss/healthy weight maintenance/gain, exercise (with routines and videos to inspire), low lox, loving self & emotions, nutrition, estrogen & hormones, stress, success mindset and much more!! ⁣
