I created this short last year, it's a personal piece centered around men's mental health. My hope with it is that it starts a conversation. Not everyone struggles with mental health and thats absolutely fine, what we need to see is that so many who struggle, do so silently. They either don't know how to ask for support or how to broach the topic.

Its never weak to speak.

Check in on your mates, brothers, fathers, sons etc. Sometimes the ones who seem the strongest and laugh the loudest and ones who are silently struggling.
