Life in Action: Exercise Physiology

We are super excited to welcome Jesse, our new Accredited Exercise Physiologist to the life in action team! Here is Jesse’s message to everyone:

Hi everyone! My name is Jesse and I'm excited to be joining the Life in Action team as the new Exercise Physiologist.

In 2022 I completed my Master of Exercise Science and Clinical Rehabilitation at Victoria University and developed a passion for helping people of all ages and abilities to improve their quality of life. Prior to this I worked as a personal trainer and a strength and conditioning coach.

I have been passionate about sport and exercise from a young age, playing footy and cricket. Outside of the clinic you'll find me in the gym, watching the Richmond tigers, or spending time with my wife Samantha, our son Louis, and our Greyhound Lenny.

I can't wait to get to meet everyone and look forward to seeing what we can achieve together!
