Newtown library to close for 12 months Chilwell Library will be closed for 12 months as part of a $2.5m redevelopment.

We gratefully acknowledge the particular support of Councillors Peter Murrihy and Melissa Cadwell in getting the 2024-2025 budget approval for this redevelopment, and the tireless and continuing efforts, over the past seven years, of Peter Murrihy, on behalf of The Chilwell Library Group, Chilwell Library and our community.
