It is a great opportunity to join the Exclusive Auto Centre team. We provide the highest quality services to our valuable clients through our valued people. We are seeking a full-time qualified Collision Repair Estimator to join our team of professionals who feel like family.
Exclusive Auto Centre is a I-Car Gold Class repairer, and our work includes Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini, Rolls, Genesis, Audi, Mercedes, Porsche and more.

28 Chester Street, Newstead QLD 4006
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will:
• Liaise and provide excellent service with customers and insurance companies
• Provide accurate vehicle quotes:
o in a timely manner and meeting the agreed average repair cost targets and insurance company requirements.
o complete quotes where required onsite, offsite and online if necessary.
• Co-ordinate jobs:
o booking in customers to maximise workflow productivity.
o vehicle arrival inspections.
o managing parts to ensure appropriate arrival to ensure time and cost efficiency.
o providing feedback to customers throughout the job as required.
o ensure vehicles are returned to pre-accident condition.
o handover completed vehicles to customers.
• Invoicing to clients/insurance companies to ensure:
o All parts and additional work are recorded and invoiced.
o Liaison to ensure all parties are engaged and updated with progress and costs.

ESSENTIAL
• Previous collision repair industry experience.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication and problem solving skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Automotive knowledge.
• Technical skills – familiar with specialised software.
• Insurance Industry knowledge preferred.
