There’s a lot that happens behind every beautifully styled home, and we’re looking an absolute gun to lead that side of our business.

We’re searching for a Logistics Coordinator to oversee our warehouse and staging logistics.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys leading a team, thrives on organisation, and takes pride in creating efficient systems. You’ll coordinate furniture movements, manage installations and collections, maintain our warehouse, and ensure every project runs smoothly from start to finish.

THE ROLE
• Casual position 2–5 days per week (depending on workload)
• Opportunity for increased hours as the business continues to grow
• Monday–Friday 8-4pm
• South East Melbourne

Since joining the team, she’s become known for her positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to jump into any task. Whether she’s helping transform a vacant property, loading furniture, styling the finishing touches or keeping the boys in line on install day, Grace approaches everything with enthusiasm and a beautiful smile.

You’ll probably recognise Grace from our social media, where her confidence and genuine personality shine through. But what you don’t always see is how hard she works behind the scenes. She’s quick on her feet, always happy to lend a hand, and brings great energy to every install.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find Grace spending time with family or embracing her creative side. 🎨

As a passionate creative with an exceptional eye for detail, Mel is known for her ability to seamlessly juggle multiple projects while delivering every job with precision, care and effortless style.

Her motto has always been “do it once, do it right”, and she lives by it in every aspect of her work. Less time with headaches, more time poolside sipping piña coladas🍹

Mel thrives on organisation, efficiency and streamlining processes (a self-confessed OCD perfectionist in the best possible way), ensuring every client experience feels smooth, stress free and enjoyable from start to finish.

Beyond the styling magic, she is the ultimate ray of sunshine. Whether she’s styling homes, managing the finer details behind the scenes, or motivating everyone around her, Mel brings warmth, creativity and calm to every project.

When she’s not creating beautiful spaces, you’ll find her soaking up the outdoors, spending time with friends and family, and looking for a husband who can cook 😉
