📢 Community Notice – Common Property Lawn Mowing Scheduled for this Friday 3rd July 2026.
Due to the recent water meter installations, residents of all Lots particularly Lots 56 - 120 are kindly requested not to leave vehicles parked in the Body Corporate section of the driveway during mowing operations. If possible, please park your vehicle in your garage to assist with access and ensure the work can be completed safely and efficiently.
Every effort has been made to clean up and remove as many of the small rocks and loose debris from the area as possible; however, we appreciate your cooperation in keeping vehicles clear of the work zone.
