Must be over 15 years old.
Hours can be after school and afternoons.

A passion for meat and food production would be a benefit and the successful applicant needs to be able to finish assigned tasks with limited supervision, be neat, tidy and organised.

This role usually evolves to an apprenticeship for a person who is suited to the industry.
