MEET AIROH - Foreign body success story 🩺🐾

This big, lovable Bullmastiff X wasn’t quite himself when he came into Mudgee Vet. Off his food, not passing anything, a little bit of vomitting and drooling…a big change from his usual energetic, larger than life personality.

X-rays with Dr Harry revealed the cause; two large radio-opaque objects sitting in his intestines (not ideal at all!).

Thankfully, Airoh had other plans! With close monitoring and the right medical support, he managed to pass the sizable rocks on his own - no surgery needed! 👏🏻🥴

He’s now well on the road to a full recovery and getting back to his happy, bouncy self!

A good little reminder that when something feels “off” with your pet, it’s always worth getting it checked early.

Thanks to everyone involved in Airoh’s recovery which includes Airoh’s family, Dr Harry with the assistance of nurses Jada, Ella and Mikayla.
