Alice in Wonderland Day over the weekend unlocked a memory I'd completely forgotten about...

I don't just make our Hot Chocolate Pops for the kids.
By about 8:30pm, everyone's finally in bed.
The lunch boxes are packed.
The dishwasher's humming away.
The house is quiet.
That's when I make one for myself.
Real chocolate.
Marshmallows that go all gooey.
Rainbow sprinkles because why should kids have all the fun?
Honestly, those five quiet minutes have become my favourite part of winter.
The kids think they're getting a special treat...
Little do they know I've been looking forward to mine all day. 😂
