The loneliest people can be the ones who look the most put together.
They’re the ones who hold it all. Who make it look easy. Who everyone leans on but no one checks in on.
If that’s you — or someone you love — you’re not alone in feeling alone.
This month’s reset is a reminder: connection starts when we stop performing and start being honest about what we actually need.

A lot of people think regulation is mostly mental—“think calm thoughts.” But the nervous system often responds faster to mechanical signals than mental ones. The goal is to teach safety so your body chooses to release.

In my newsletter this month I discuss 2 positions that are sneaky “longevity + libido” work: grip strength is tied to lifespan, and the squat/hang combo supports pelvic floor ease, breathing, and nervous-system downshift.

When your system feels safer, your body releases—and that’s good for flexibility, digestion, desire, and or**sm. When the nervous system releases, s*x gets better: more ease, better arousal, and more control over intensity (hello men with PE or ED and anor**smic women).
