Due to expanding menu, expanding hours and staffing, we need to expand the kitchen to keep up.

We're looking for:
*Head chef role
*Kitchenhand (pizza specialist)

Must have great teamwork and people skills. Communication (written & verbal) is key. Demonstrated organisational abilities essential.
Ability to assist in training staff will be a long term strategy.

Ultimately, we care about our guests having a great time. If you think you can do that with food, we might be your people.

Currently killing it on pizza and wanting to grow. The rest is a tapas style comfort food, designed to share family style.

A sweet blend of our house mixed Cuban rum & Strawberry liqueur. We clarify with vanilla and chocolate to get a silky cocktail, then top with Strawberry infused foam.
Sweet, but not too much.

We created the Winter Espresso Martini jist for a pick me up in weather like...well, June in Mount Gambier.

You loved it so much its never been taken off the menu. Summer came round, you still wanted it, so it got a new name as our RUM & VANILLA ESPRESSO. Still delicious.

We still have a monthly rotation and the June list will be out any minute. Perhaps even featuring a new coffee addition. Stay tuned.

Daylight savings got us feeling like its midnight at 6pm.

12 months ago we moved in time for Easter.
From little Frog to the big one on Bay Road.
It's been a wild ride, with better food from the bigger kitchen and the endless parade of cocktails.

Lots of big plans for the rest of 26.
