Hello NKD Fam 🌻

I have been a little MIA lately due to a huge ripple in my journey. My mental health has taken a huge dive and it has not been an easy time for me (or my loved ones). I am doing my best to visualise this dark cloud floating away and being genuinely happy again. Hence the choice of photo. It reminded me of who I truly am and gives me hope that I will find myself again ♡

NKD LAB has been a dream come true for me and I want to continue to share beautiful low waste solutions with you, and I will.

I genuinely want to help others learn how to become more eco-conscious, reduce waste and empower themselves with making conscious shopping decisions, starting in the bathroom.

With this in mind, I will be taking the next couple weeks to audit my business, including a stocktake so keep an eye out for a EOFY sale! I also feel like I havent been providing the value I set out to provide via my website and socials and I want to change that!!

I have one more update, NKD LAB will no longer be based at We Gather Studio. Instead, I will be branching out to wholesale options, pop ups and markets. This direction excites me and apart from my beautiful family and friends, this has been the light I have needed to focus on at this time.

This journey or rollercoaster we call life! loves throwing us challenges. It may feel sh** now, but I understand its just the discomfort stage of growth. I just wish I could skip to the growth part already!!

INGREDIENT HIGHLIGHT: Fractionated coconut oil ✨

I am hosting a Paint & Fill workshop this Saturday 1 April (3-530pm) at in Morley. This workshop includes bringing a clean jar from home, painting and decorating it then moving on to the natural DIY skin care area where we make a unique blend of bath salts, foot soak or body scrub to put into your beautiful new jar!

Its a great way to learn how to be more sustainable, get creative and connect with other like-minded people 🥰
