Correct water charging can improve your investment’s running costs, but only when the property meets Queensland’s compliance standards. To pass on water usage to the tenant/s the home must be:

1) individually metered
2) fitted with water efficient fixtures as per legislation
3) the tenancy agreement must clearly outline the charging conditions.

We help landlords stay fully aligned with legislation, maintaining fairness, transparency and confidence for everyone involved in the tenancy
