This June, we’re taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups/sit-ups between 3-26 June to raise funds and awareness for mental health.

All donations will be going to Headspace Lilydale which is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services for 12-25 year olds.
