PROPERTY MARKET OVER CHRISTMAS

We had our first sales meeting since Christmas and the general consensus was that the market was busy over the Christmas period, however few offers were placed. A lot of inspections and enquiries, but no contracts. However in the first two weeks of the new year Amber Werchon Property have sold over 10 properties. Agents agreed that there is a confidence in the market coming into 2016.
