How To Breathe Whilst Running | Make Your Running More Efficient For some, breathing whilst running can feel short and it can feel difficult. Whilst for others, they perhaps rarely give it any thought, they just do it! But...
A great weekend was had by all at the Mooloolaba Triathlon. This festival is in its 30th year and there is a reason it so popular. A great vibe, a challenging but enjoyable course and great views all came together to attract over 5000 triathletes. Saturday was wet making it challenging for Tricia and David in the sprint distance. Both triathletes went well under 2 hours. Libby fell victim to a wayward cyclist and spent 15-20 mins fixing her bike and getting treatment after her crash. Even with that, she finished in 1hr 43mins. A huge effort. Sunday brought a big change in the weather. Waves breaking on the back of the swim course made for a challenging swim for Brad Morris in the Standard Distance. The 8am start for Brad’s wave made for a hot run. This was made worse by Brad losing his water bottles in the ride. He finished strong for a 2hr 46min time in his first standard distance triathlon. Next up is the Gold Coast Triathlon (Luke Harrop)on April 3rd.
This weekend Brad, Kylie, Trish and David will travel to Mooloolaba for the MooTri. There have been some challenges, recently, for the team, but game faces will be back on for one of the most scenic Triathlons on the calendar.
