Good morning FB friends of Matrix!
Our business continues to grow and our product mix is becoming more diverse, and naturally we want to make sure we retain and improve all those special qualities our customers value!
To that end, Matrix has created a new role in the company, National Clinical Educator, to ensure that both our customers and internal staff education needs are not only met but anticipated!
We are pleased to advise that an internal company member, Gemma Cooper, competed with several candidates and was successful in securing this new position!
While some of you already know Gemma from her previous role, here are a few words on Gemma’s background:
Gemma has 11 years’ operating theatre experience as an RN and over 15 years experience in health care sales in surgical, cardio-vascular and endovascular specialties.
Gemma has ignificant experience in clinical education, training and mentoring of Healthcare professionals in several companies and brings a genuine passion for sharing information to help our customers achieve excellent business and clinical outcomes.
Gemma’s educational experience includes developing team training, facilitating and supporting education for nurses, surgeons and other health care professionals including workshops, labs, in-services and courses.
You can see Gemma brings a wealth of experience on both sides of the equation and we look forward to helping our customers across their education needs!
