This little guy and I did not get the bedtime routine very right tonight.
After lots of tears, a bit of foot stomping and a whole lot of snot we eventually settled into some snuggles and he drifted off to sleep holding on to my hand.
As a mum I most certainly do not always get it right but we are learning together and at the end of the day he knows I’ll always be there for him.
