Women over 40, your training needs are different, and that’s a good thing.
Here are three things to focus on.
1. STRENGTH OVER SKINNY – muscle is your best friend for metabolism, confidence, and longevity.
2. MOBILITY OVER PUNISHMENT – move well, feel well, age well.
3. RECOVERY OVER GUILT – rest isn’t lazy, it’s strategic.

What you don’t see is that this group is made up of women that have been with us for between 3 weeks & 15yrs.
You see a lot of commitment to their alarm clock, not their snooze button.
Loads of laughs & friendships that have formed
Millions of different things in their body working together to build bone density, muscle strength, balance & flexibility.
As one client said this morning ‘I have been coming for so long, I need to just rock up & get Amy & Tracey to tell me what to do’
