I have to cancel the next two classes due to my optometrist and ophthalmologist orders. No exercise allowed until I see my retina specialist. I can’t see out of one eye at the moment. Other than that all is well. I will keep you posted!

Hello to all!! I hope you have all had a great relaxing summer.

It is that time of year where we need to implement more self care and keep healthy. More vitamin D, eat healthy and exercise!

As an FYI - Starting September 6th, I will be teaching the two following Zumba Fitness classes online twice a week.

Wednesday @ 7:00pm - Zumba Fitness (low to med intensity) 45-50min class (Warm up, fat/calorie burning dance fitness, and cool-down/stretch)

Thursday @ 7:00pm - (Coning Back!) Zumba Fitness + Toning (20-25 minutes of easy to learn dance fitness, and 20-25 mins of toning exercises for your legs, core, glutes, back and arms incorporating light weights. 1-3 lbs)

Class prices: (lower than in-person classes and no travelling out to the gym in the winter weather!!)

$5.00 per class
$40.00 for 10 class pkg

There will be giveaways and chances to win free classes with our SPIN THE WHEEL GAME!!! PLUS $5 dollars off your next 10 class pass for each person you bring in! Bring in 8 participants and you get a free pass of 10 classes! - (incentive based on 10 class pass, drop-in's will not be included).
